چکیده
In this article, we consider the problem of privacy preservation in average consensus when communication among nodes is quantized. More specifically, a setting where network can be curious, while certain want to ensure that their initial states cannot inferred exactly by these curious nodes. Curious are not malicious, i.e., they try identify other based on data receive during operation (and some them might even collude) but do interfere computation any way. Each node (including nodes) opt execute privacy-preserving algorithm (so as reveal state it contributes calculation) or its underlying (plain) (if concern). We propose two event-triggered quantized algorithms. Under topological conditions, both proposed algorithms allow adopt protocols preserve and at same time obtain, after finite number steps, exact processing transmitting quantized information. also present illustrative examples comparisons our against existing literature discuss motivating application which smart meters grid collect real-time demands manner.

متن کاملPrivacy-preserving Average Consensus: Privacy Analysis and Optimal Algorithm Design
The goal of the privacy-preserving average consensus (PPAC) is to guarantee the privacy of initial states and asymptotic consensus on the exact average of the initial value. This goal is achieved by an existing PPAC algorithm by adding and subtracting variance decaying and zero-sum random noises to the consensus process. However, there is lack of theoretical analysis to quantify the degree of t...

In this paper, we are interested in the finite-time average consensus problem for multi-agent systems or wireless sensor networks. This issue is formulated in a discrete-time framework by utilizing a linear iteration scheme, where each node repeatedly updates its value as a weighted linear combination of its own value and those of its neighbors. Unlike most of research in literature, this work ...
متن کاملDistributed event-triggered communication for dynamic average consensus in networked systems
This paper presents distributed algorithmic solutions that employ opportunistic inter-agent communication to achieve dynamic average consensus. Our solutions endow individual agents with autonomous criteria that can be checked with the information available to them in order to determine whether to broadcast their state to their neighbors. Our starting point is a distributed coordination strateg...
متن کاملA novel finite-time average consensus protocol based on event-triggered nonlinear control strategy for multiagent systems
We present a novel finite-time average consensus protocol based on event-triggered control strategy for multiagent systems. The system stability is proved. The lower bound of the interevent time is obtained to guarantee that there is no Zeno behavior. Moreover, the upper bound of the convergence time is obtained. The relationship between the convergence time and protocol parameter with initial ...
